It is a Wetland of International Importance (RAMSAR), it is located in the southern part of the province of Veraguas, in the districts of Montijo, Sona, Rio de Jesus, Mariato and Santiago. It covers a total area of 89.452 hectares between sea and land area.<br /> Is home to natural mangroves, estuaries, river mouths, islets, and islands, as well as the maritime route toward the beautiful island of Cebaco and Gobernadora and departure point toward a World Heritage Site, Coiba National Park.<br /> These natural sites with their great biodiversity of plants and animals invite nature lovers to explore high adrenaline adventures. You can observe numerous birds, crustaceans, fish, reptiles and amphibians.<br /> We will visit islands of great importance in this wetland, known as Tres Islas Island, where we enjoy of a beach day, depending on tidal conditions, and then we visit Leones Island, in it, we will taste a delicious lunch with assorted seafood and fish.</p> <p>
