You will learn the basic theoretical concepts with a book in your language, 5 video clips, personal explanations by one of our multi-lingual instructors (English, Spanish, French, German), followed by shallow water training and 4 exciting Open Water Dives. At least one of the two in-water days will be at Coiba National Park.
